Please do not book an 'administering of vaccines' appointment without first seeing our doctor otherwise your appointment will be cancelled and refunded. Cancellation Policy
Due to high demand for appointments cancellations done within 24 hours of your appointment are non-refundable and must be cancelled beforehand by email or telephone. Please understand this is done to ensure everyone who needs an appointment receives one in a timely manner.
